We are looking for independent Realtors who meet the following requirements:
- Organized and Self Sufficient Individuals
- You are comfortable working individually from a home office
- You have a strong desire to succeed in Real Estate
- You offer a high level of Service to your clients
- You have closed at least 10 transactions, if not, we have a mentoring program to get you up to speed
- You must possess a cellular phone, computer, scanner/fax

Agents can capitalize on our Company marketing and share in the leads generated by our website. This means that you will begin to receive Buyer and Seller leads generated by yard signs, all of our online marketing and any print ads which are then captured by our website FindStLouisHomes.com. You will receive leads in rotation with our other agents, each agent gets a lead round-robin style. All leads are assigned fairly in rotation.
