    We have upgraded our image processing to include High Dynamic Range Photography for main images. This means an ultra realistic eye catching beautiful photograph to attract prospective renters. In addition, the main photos are also taken with wide angle lenses for full screen pictures and are treated with photo processing to make each image pop in the advertisements.
    We have a full time leasing specialist who is available for showings 7 days a week. Daytime, nighttime and weekends are not a problem. You no longer have to deal with unqualified prospects and no shows!
    You will get the benefit of our in house tenant screening service for all applications on your property. With over 12 years of screening experience, we know what to look for and how to spot red flags. We check credit, criminal, eviction, sex offender database, landlord references, income verification and character references. Best of all, we review every application with you before placing the tenant. You will get final approval of every tenant. If you don’t want to accept the application, we will keep showing the property til we find a new one, and we don’t charge a fee until we sign a lease.
