There are several ways to apply for our rentals.
First, you may apply online here, each applicant must fill the form separately. You may pay the fee directly to the leasing agent, on the website here or contact us to pay over the phone.
Second, you may download our application, fill it out and fax or email it to us. Contact info is on the application.
Third, call us at (314) 771-4222 or email us. We will do what is necessary to get you the app or get it back from you. We can meet, email, fax or mail it to you.
Yes. A $40 application fee (per adult) will be charged to all applicants. Applications will be processed once the fee has been received. The fee is payable by checking account, credit card or PayPal. PayPal will allow for payments by checking and credit card. We can also take credit or debit card payments over the phone. All PalPal, credit card payments and phone payments are subject to a processing fee. You may may pay the fee at the end of the online application or if you are printing the application and sending it in, you can go here to make a payment.
Please submit with each application a copy of your Drivers License or State ID, a copy of your Social Security Card, and your last two check stubs or income documentation. If you do not have your social security card, you can supply another document that has your name and social security number on it like a W-2 statement. We require the same documents from co-signers. Answer: We must pull our own credit report, but we can review yours first to help determine if you will qualify.
Answer: Combined income must be at least equal to 3 times the monthly rent gross. We will also take into account monthly obligations like car payments and student loans. These do not get added to the 3 times the monthly rent requirement, just considered. After all we just want to make sure you won’t get into trouble on the rental payments.
Answer: Typically, 2-4 days. If it is difficult to verify your information, the process will be delayed.
Answer: We will draft the lease and meet with you to sign. At the lease signing we will go through the full lease and work out any fine details with you. You will be required to put down your security deposit to hold the unit til move in.
Typically the rent includes normal maintenance, appliances and may include some utilities, however, the exact details vary depending on the property.

Answer: Typically, the deposit is 1-2 times the monthly rent depending on several factors.
Answer: Each property’s detail page should say whether pets are accepted. If you have a pet, please provide us with a description or bio of your pet. In addition to the security deposit, pet rent and/or pet deposit may be required.
Answer: If this is the case, please provide copies of either your paycheck stubs, front page of your tax return, invoices, bank statements or any equivalent thereof. This is not required information, but it will help us provide the most accurate profile possible to the prospective landlord.

Answer: No. All of our current listings are posted on our website, which is updated daily with new listings, price reductions, and property status updates.
Answer: We don’t have a list of upcoming properties because we post them to the website as soon as they are confirmed, usually within 24 hours. So check the website often and don’t forget to refresh your browser!
